Right across from unions station and Coors field in downtown Denver lives an oasis of Japanese Ramen. I knows it's hard to believe that great ramen exists in the Rockies, but it does. The staff is awesome. My server, Shiva was very well informed on the menu and the additions etc. I had the pork fried dumplings followed by the Tomokatsu Ramen. the broth was rich and heavenly and the pork was melt in your mouth good. The ratios of egg, to Ramen to broth were perfect and spot on. A great deal for around $30 bucks.

Went here for our birthday dinner and had an amazing time! The food is always amazinggggg! Tonkotsu Original 2010 has been my go to since 2010 hahaha! I ordered it with corn as well! The seasoning sauce on the side is good with the pork in the ramen! Well cooked and not chewy or dry. We got the lemonade matcha with vodka in it and they mix the matcha right in front of you! Very fresh! Plenty of seating but I've seen this place very busy before. Obviously because it's so good hahaha! Kevin the manager was very kind and hospitable! He gave us a birthday surprise!!

Perfect spot for a date night! We came in on a Sunday for dinner, and the place was very busy, so we definitely recommend making reservations. Everything we ordered from the food to the drinks was absolutely delicious. The ramen broth was rich and creamy, and the eggplant appetizer was incredibly flavorful. Even my husband, who normally dislikes eggplant, ended up helping me finish the dish! We only ordered one bao and were extremely disappointed we didn't order more. It was so soft and packed with flavor. Our waiter Jhon was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. We'll definitely be back!

Gyoza appetizer was pretty good. Came with 5 small gyoza. I got the black tonkotsu ramen. It was very tasty. The broth was flavorful and the pork was moist and tasty. My only complaint are the actual noodles themselves. They were fine but I would have preferred softer creamier noodles. My friend got the spicy chicken ramen which I thought was ok. It was super red and spicy as expected. Got the food through Uber Eats so with tax, tip, uber eats, and delivery fees, it added an addtl $30 to a $50 order... nuts.

The perfect meal for a cold winter night! Very good ramen in the heart of downtown Denver. Walked in on a Tuesday night and waited around 15 mins to get seated for 2 people. Food came out timely and everything was delicious. We ordered the Jinya bun, salmon poke mini tacos & Jinya tonkotsu black ramen. The ramen had a good amount of noodles and the toppings & broth were very tasty. Definitely recommend checking this place out!

Jinya always go hard whether you are getting it to go or eating there at the restaurant. It's never not busy and parking is pretty difficult being across from Union Station, but it is worth the time looking for a parking spot. My favorite ramen from them is the Spicy Tonkotsu although I think they recently changed some of the names of their menu items. I love that they have a rotating Chef's Special so there's always something new to try. The brussel sprouts tempura are addicting, and so are the Jinya buns and takoyaki (octopus balls). The salmon poke/spicy tuna mini tacos are also a must order there. Honestly you can't go wrong with whatever you get from Jinya! Service is always great, it's a little dark in there but I dig the ambiance it provides. I may have to get ramen soon now, that craving is starting to hit as I typed this out!

I was in Denver for a business trip and was absolutely craving some ramen. Checked out google maps and saw this at walking distance to my hotel. It was easy to find being by Union station. Upon entering you are submerged into a completely different atmosphere than the outside. It is darker inside that makes it feel more elite and comfortable. The decor is unique with murals on the walls. It was a Wednesday evening and we got seated right away. Our server was super nice but they were short staffed so it took a good 35 minutes for our ramen to arrive but it was absolutely heavenly and delicious. We also ordered the bao pork buns which was forgotten about and never came so we asked for it again and waited. It was so good that we ordered it the next day for take out. Outside of the wait on the food, everything else was top notch especially the taste and flavoring of the food.

A hip spot to get ramen downtown. Overall service was good. We got on the waitlist and were called back then had to wait another 15 minutes. Which happens it was a busy place. Our waiter asked immediately if we had dietary restrictions which was cool. The food came out quick. The brussel sprouts were good definitely use the sauces on the table to create your own spicy soy sauce. We got the signature Tonkotsu black. Which was fine but lacked depth of a Tonkotsu broth. It also felt like they didn't put a lot of toppings so you'd have to add them and pay for them.
